You don't need all four to get started - upload whatever you have, and your report will show whichever sections that data supports. No. After you upload your files and enter your email, we send you a secure one-time login link instead of a password - just click it to view your report. Nothing to remember, nothing to leak.

Each account is tied to one company page. If you manage several pages, use a separate email address for each one (e.g. with a "+" alias like you+brandname@company.com) to keep their reports and benchmarks separate.

As often as you like. Each new upload appends to your existing history rather than replacing it, so more frequent uploads just mean richer trends over time - we'd suggest at least every 90 days to keep your report's comparisons current.

Anonymised, aggregated figures calculated across every company page on Measurox - things like typical engagement rates or posting frequency. No individual company's name or raw data is ever shown to other users; only pooled averages and percentiles.

LinkedIn's own export only reliably tells us whether a post is a Video - everything else (photos, carousels, documents, text-only posts) comes through unlabelled. Rather than guess, we're upfront about it: your report groups those together as "Other," and you can manually tag your top posts with their real format if you want a fuller breakdown.

Your uploaded data and report are only visible to you (and to Measurox admins for support purposes) - never to other users. We keep it to generate your report and to compute the anonymised benchmarks described above. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

No. We only email you your report link and, at most, one newsletter update a month - and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting your ability to log in and view your report.

Yes - click "Export PDF" at the top of your report and use your browser's print dialog to save it as a PDF, ready to share or present.
