How to export your LinkedIn data

Measurox runs on four exports straight from your LinkedIn company page - Content, Visitors, Followers and Competitors. Here's exactly where to find them and how to grab a full year of history in one go.

1

Open Analytics from your company page

While managing your LinkedIn company page, look at the left-hand menu and click Analytics. This is your control centre for everything Measurox needs.

2

Click Export, top right

You'll land on the Content tab by default, with a row of tabs across the top - Content, Visitors, Followers, Search appearances, Competitors and Leads. Find the Export button in the top-right corner and click it.

3

Set the time range to Last 365 days

A pop-up will ask what period to export. Open the Time range dropdown and choose Last 365 days - the more history you give Measurox, the richer your trends and benchmarks will be.

4

Click Export to download the file

LinkedIn will generate the file and download it straight to your computer - usually a .xls or .xlsx file. That's the exact file you'll drop into Measurox, no editing required.

5

Repeat for Visitors, Followers and Competitors

Switch to each of the other three tabs at the top - Visitors, Followers and Competitors - and repeat steps 2-4 for each one. You don't need Search appearances or Leads for your Measurox report. Once you've got all four files, you're ready to upload.
